Hi, I'm Jessica! I have a passion for helping other people. I realized at a very young age that I loved caring for and attending to other peoples needs. I began planning events while I was in high school. While in college, I was a part of 3 boards in which I handled the events for fundraising. After college, I worked for a national magazine where I dove into the world of fashion shows. I have entrepreneurship in my blood and quickly realized that I would make a great owner of an event planning company. Serendipitous Events is one of my many passions. I love everything from creating concepts to designing tables. I personally have my hands, eyes, and ears involved in every single event that Serendipitous is planning.
I am madly in love with my husband, Nathan who is a chiropractor at the Ortman clinic. Together we have three children, Nash the sweetest and kindest first born, who is six years old, a wild four year old named Nellie and the baby of the family, Nixon who is full of smiles. Nathan and I live in Canistota, SD just outside of Sioux Falls. We enjoy time spent with family, browsing downtown Sioux Falls, health, fitness, camping, traveling, fishing and quick getaways.
Hello, hello! My name is Loghin Welch and I have been event planning for over 10 years and have been with Serendipitous for 8 years! I was born and raised here in Sioux Falls and I am a proud O’Gorman grad. I ventured away from this great city for a couple years to attend Minnesota State University Mankato & right after graduation, found myself back in the hometown!
I LOVE what I do! I have a passion for planning and designing beautiful events. Every couple and wedding we do is so special to me. I love the relationships I build throughout the process and seeing events come to life after months or years of planning!
I am a huge Sioux Falls fan… I love to travel but nothing is quite like coming back home to such a great city filled up the best people and the best wedding industry professionals.
Along with planning weddings and private events, I work with our corporate clients to plan business meetings, fundraisers and even marketing material. I am ALWAYS down for a destination wedding near or far!
In my free time, I enjoy meeting new people, traveling, going to concerts, being on the river, watching football and having a good time with my family and friends! I am a dog mom to two ADORABLE pups, Lola (mini Goldendoodle) & Harper (standard Sheepadoodle).

Hey babes, it’s Becca! I have been planning the best parties with Serendipitous Events since 2017. Time flies when you have the best “job” ever!
I live in the small town of Rock Rapids, IA where I own a women’s boutique called “Standout & Co.” My husband & I have been married since January of 2018. He truly is the best husband & daddy combo out there! Together we have a fiery & sweet toddler, Braelynn, & we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of baby girl #2 due early April 2022! We also have two fur babies, Daisy & Duke! Outside of “work”, our family LOVES to travel, whether it be to the beaches or mountains (preferably somewhere sunny & 75 with piña coladas).
As a past bride myself, I can 100% relate to all of the stressful events that can lead up to your big day! My biggest tip to anyone planning a wedding - HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER, I did. ;) I want nothing more than for you & your spouse to enjoy your last moments of being engaged & your first moments of being married! Let me do all of the behind the scenes work while you be a guest at your own wedding. <3
Hi, I’m Audra! You could say I am the definition of a people person and along with that, I really love helping others (I am a true Enneagram 2 to my core!).
I have always been a planner at heart (I make a mean vacation itinerary and I love a good spreadsheet) and I really love beautiful things. I like to blame my background in interior design for that but if I'm honest, I think it's just part of who I am.
I love the entire process of dreaming, scheming and coordinating paired with seeing the final beautiful masterpiece come to life. It makes me giddy just thinking about it!
In my spare time, I like to keep myself very busy! Between home renovations, traveling, running a social media marketing agency, my 4 golden retrievers (yes you read that correctly) and the occasional cocktail with friends, there is rarely a dull moment in my life. And ya know what? I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Hi, I am Amber Sigler! I was born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD and still call it home today.
My nickname has always been “mom” despite not actually having any children. :) It has always been natural for me to help make matters easier for others and to do so gracefully. I have constantly been a meticulous person in all aspects of life but specifically when it comes to planning and organizing. My favorite part of an event is the outcome. It is beyond rewarding to see long time plans, and hard work create such a extraordinary vision. My goal is to help craft an event in a stress-free and fun environment, which ultimately produces lasting and joyous memories for everyone.
Outside of Serendipitous, I am the showroom coordinator at Houndstooth House. Socially, I love to spend time with friends and family while always exploring new local places to eat and to get a delicious cocktail or glass of wine! I can’t forget about my precious fur baby “Peanut” my grey tabby cat who will be celebrating her 11th Birthday on Cinco De Mayo!

Hello, hello! My name is Anna Moe! My favorite part of planning events is in the little moments. This may look like finding the perfect venue that fits your small, intimate group of guests or on the flip side- finding a space to fit your large, boisterous group of family and friends to dance the night away.
I am a self-proclaimed perfectionist and hopeless romantic- a dynamic duo when it comes to planning your perfect wedding day. I get down to the nitty gritty details with timelines, logistics, and day-of coordination while also adding special touches to showcase your unique love story. In fact, my favorite part of planning is all the LOVE that surrounds your big day. It truly does not feel like a job when you welcome me into the happiest day of your life.
When I am not planning, I am a social butterfly who loves to surround myself with friends and family. I travel often, am a certified hot yoga instructor, run marathons for fun (crazy, I know), enjoy a good happy hour, and get away to my family lake cabin whenever possible.

Hi, I am Casey Boerger! I was born and raised in Watertown, South Dakota and now I currently reside in Sioux Falls. When I graduated from Lake Area Tech, I obtained my degree in Marketing and Management. I have a love for putting smiles on other people’s faces through thoughtful acts of kindness. Part of this could come from the hopeless romantic in me :) and I could not think of a better way to put my passions in action than joining the Serendipitous Events team!
When I am not working at Serendipitous, you’ll find me at The Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce working as the Events Coordinator. In my free time, I love being active at the gym or outside, spending time with my family/friends, and we can’t forget about my precious puppy Maisy and cute cat Winston!

Hey there! My name is Sara Waldner, and I’m excited to say that 2023 is my sixth year with Serendipitous! I went to Augustana University and graduated in May 2019 with a double major in Communication Studies/Business and Media Studies. From the small town of Hartford, South Dakota, I love small town vibes as well as the hustle of bigger cities.
My favorite part about this “job” is getting to meet new people from all walks of life. I pride myself on building close relationships with my clients in order to build the best vision of your event together! I work full-time at The Sampson House Marketing Agency.
